Alex is a graduate in Master in Business Administration (MBA) in the UK, he also holds a Degree in Electronics and IT and a Diploma in Mechatronics. Alex Lum’s training skills is a product from Motorola University based in Chicago, USA in the 1990s.

His untiring initiative has made him become what he is today, having various ISO management system from Aerospace to F&B industries like AS/EN 9100, AS/EN 9110, AS/EN 9120; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, ISO 13485, GDPMD, ISO 50001, ISO/IEC 17025, OHSAS 18001, ISO/IEC 27000, Poka Yoke, Six Sigma, Train The Trainer, TQM, RSPO, TPS, 5’s, TCS, and QCS.
