They offer professional assistance and yet sometimes miss some important details that can be frustrating for customers like me. This is what has led me to take action by voicing these concerns so they will know just how much it means when we provide feedback on our experiences with them. Aurora Scientific Ltd offers great service but needs improvement in various aspects such as giving pre-paid cards instead of cheques or not considering whether someone speaks English before speaking quickly over the phone (even though this would only make sense if one was hiring an interpreter). There should also be more customer representatives available at times because you may need help. Read more

But some of them seemed inexperienced or unprofessional for not having known how to handle everything smoothly in such an easy process- it wasn't anything major though!
