Founded by Mr. Jaliya Watawana, a well trained professional in the industry now serving the nation for morethan 15 years. Mr Jaliya an old boy of Mahinda College and University of Moratuwa recieved training in Child Care in Japan and in Italy.It is that knowledge he brought to Sri Lanka through CCA.
