Britannia has grown from a niche company offering professional pension transfers from the UK to New Zealand, way back in 1996, to the diverse financial services provider it is today.

The growth has come on the back of the trusting relationships we’ve developed with our many happy clients over the years, we now consider ourselves one of New Zealand’s most trusted financial services companies.

You only get one chance at planning for retirement, so you need to get it right. We’ve been in the retirement planning business longer than most, and our track record shows we know how to do just that.

I’m proud to say that Britannia were the first to offer UK pension transfers to New Zealand. The company, as it’s known today, came to be in the mid-nineties when a valued client needed help transferring his UK pension. This was unusual at the time and we consequently found the process to be unnecessarily time consuming. It turned out there were a lot of people needing the same service, so we formed Britannia to focus on doing UK pension transfers the right way.

Since then we’ve grown to become experts in retirement planning and other financial services. The team we’ve built over that time is large enough to satisfy our client’s needs, but small enough to be called a family, which really helps us provide reliable long term service to all our clients.
