If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Once they got my money, they treated me with such disrespe ... ct and didn't care about the issues caused to my business or its reputation. My staff and customers are upset with the site's performance. You can't run an online business when you can't access your sales and order data. Navid Nadali, the technical director, promised the world. He promised to give me great support. This wasn’t the case. He gave me stats to prove he did a good job based on use cases that suited his agenda, not real world customer use cases that we provided. The products we sell used to take 14 seconds to add to cart but now it’s 80 seconds…that's worse, not better. We have complex products and he was made aware pre pre-migration. He assured me he would make this better. Navid Nadali lied and is an aggressive alcoholic. When on a zoom call during business hours, he was drinking beer and was proud to display it. I should have taken that as a sign and walked away. Lesson learnt. Declan Gallagher, the engineer, was great. However, when he migrated the site, he went on vacation which left us to support ourselves as Navid was nowhere to be found to support immediate migration issues. When you migrate, someone needs to be around for unforeseen issues and resolve them immediately, not in days. This entire team did not plan the migration. They rushed and didn't care about the client’s post migration needs. Terrible support and communication. As an owner, I felt in the dark the entire process. After relinquishing control of servers to Navid and his team, they didn't give me server access to modify files or update our product catalog . I wanted access to fix some issues post migration caused by Corefinity. I tried to get help from Corefinity but failed. They threatened to cancel my site. I had no control and was at their mercy. They used this against me and I pleaded for Navid to be calm and professional. When I reported new issues via their ticket system, Navid Nadali closed all the tickets and said verbatim: “Please use your cloudflare account to set your DNS back to ***. We have refunded you whatever money you paid and we do not wish to carry on working with you again. Please do not contact us again and make sure DNS is set back to *** within 24 hours otherwise we will be shutting down the servers on our side.” I asked forfile access to the site as it was very slow. I couldn't access the site's backend either to get order data and respond to customer request I was going to fix the code in an effort to speed up the site. I did not want to bother Corefinity as they had already threatened to cancel me and hurt my business further. It's Easter weekend and he is now going to shut me down tomorrow. He will not responding to me to come up with an amicable solution for both parties. I have new customers are upset with the site's performance. He will not responding to me to come up with an amicable solution for both parties. I have new customer and sales data that he will not migrate back to my original host unless he restores the db from his environment to old host. He left me in limbo with a threat to shut me down with no support. If you value your business, steer clear from Corefinity and Navid Nadali. They will not care about your mental health, customers or business reputation. I had to warn everyone that Corefinity and Navid Nadali are not a company or google partner you should choose. I will be filing a complaint with Google Partner Services with details of our interactions. I hope this company will provide a solution that benefits both parties. I worked hard on my business only to have Navid Nadali and Corefinity tear it apart without any remorse. He is not only negatively impacting my business but the lives of my staff and their families. I hope Navid Nadali gets the help he needs to treat his reactive aggression which I can only assume comes from his substance abuse. Should Corefinity wish to remedy this matter, I am open to it. I do not wish to work with Navid Nadli as I refuse to be abused by him any longer. If Navid Nadali or Corefinity takes any action on my site without my consent, I will pursue legal actions Read more
