Since 2007, El Manar Clinics have signed an agreement with the CNAM National Health Insurance Fund. Since 1 July 2007, the reform of the new single health insurance scheme has come into force following the merger of the two health insurance funds CNSS (for the private sector) and CNRPS (for the public sector).
