With over 15 years of experience in the IT services field, our proven track record shows that we care about tailoring superior technology services and smart solutions for our customers to help their business leverage the power of technology as an enabler for growth. We were initially setup as Redington Support Services in the year 1997 as a local operator delivering services in the Dubai region supporting HP products out of our Jebel Ali office.

Delivering superior technology services has been our mission statement throughout the years, and it is a statement that our dedicated clients would testify to be true. Encouraged by our customers and vendor partners, we increased our focus on developing the services business across the region and growing as an organization.

Within the next 10 years, we expanded our network to 10+ offices across the region supporting 8+ brands through our retail support center model of 10+ support centers. The year 2006 also saw us kick off the smart solutions business, helping organizations solve their IT Infrastructure worries. The year 2012 saw us rebrand as Ensure Services, a separate entity under the Redington Group (100% owned subsidiary).

Today we are present in 28 countries where we are operating 50 support centers supporting more than 22 technology brands through a team of 450+ experienced professionals. Ensure Services is the only vendor-authorized Neutral Service Provider in the MEA region who can deliver service assurance with certified engineers. Our solutions team has end-to-end capabilities across the enterprise IT Stack and has gained several years of experience in delivering large complex projects
