Healing touch Centre for Ayurveda & Yoga was launched in 2002 .It was started for the sole reason for treating patients with authentic ayurvedic medicines & yoga therapy. The centre is placed at the heart of Frazer town, about 3kms from M.G Road,Bangalore. The Centre has two treatment rooms and a yoga hall. It is well equipped with an ayurvedic doctor, who is also the brain behind this project. Consultations will be given by Dr.Poornima K.,a graduate from the SDM college of Ayurveda, Udupi and a post graduate diploma in yoga therapy(KMC manipal).The centre has highly trained male & female therapists.

Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of living deals with fundamental principles of good health and longevity. Classical Ayurveda includes Charaka Samhitha, Sushruta Samhita and Ashtanga Hridaya as its three main classics.The future of Ayurveda is bright for 2 reasons.Firstly there are no side effects of Ayurveda treatment.Secondly we depend for medicine on nature.The modern mantra on everyone`s lips today is how important it is to relax, unwind and keep healthy. An unflagging, unapologetic pur-suit of a body beautiful is of paramount interest to most people .Gymming, Swimming, Jogging, Walking.Keeping trim and slim is vigorously included as part of our daily life.After all, we have realized that the human body is able to tolerate only a certain amount of stress, after which it begins to crumble.Ayurveda, which literally means the science of life delves into our glorious past and re-in-vest itself at all the health spas that have burgeoned all over the world.
