My love affair with photography started when my husband gave me my first DSLR (Nikon d5000) back in 2008. It was love at first sight! I woke up at 4am in the morning and drove to the beach just to capture a photo of the glorious sunrise. That was the moment I realized how beautiful the world truly is, through the lens of a camera. I was overwhelmed. I cried. I realized that this is not just a hobby but a lifelong passion.

That time we were still living in Brunei and unfortunately photography workshops were not as accessible. However that did not stop me from learning how to take photos. I took it upon myself to research, to inquire, to experiment. It was quite a humbling experience. I asked my kids to be my models so that I could practice. Thankfully they obliged. Inspired by Ms. Virginia Felch, a master photographer specializing in classical children and family portrait. I joined her online groups for aspiring photographers. After a year of being a part of her classes I won her photography contest. I was even published in her book.

Fast forward to 2013 I finally decided on my career and made it official. I am a professional photographer.

I built my studio in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and was blessed to have a strong and loyal client base. I worked hand in hand with each client. I carefully and meticulously formed their concept shoot with them. My heart and soul were in each photograph I took because I believe that each client is a unique individual, each one with their own stories to tell. Influenced by old master painters such as Degas, Rembrandt and Vermeer, the results were one-of-a kind photos that looked like masterpiece creations.

After almost two decades of living in other countries, I find myself back in my homeland, Manila. I am excited with this new adventure. I look forward to sharing my creative expertise with people who want to experience unique conceptual photography, and become their own work of art.
