The Institute of Certified General Accountants of Bangladesh (ICGAB) is non-profit organization established under approval of Ministry of Commerce; Government of the Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh in 2001 under the dynamic guidance & leadership of our Founder President Dr. Saleh Ahmed Bhuiyan PhD, FCS, FIFC, FCMA, FCGA is an autonomous body under ministry of commerce. A 9 member governing council elected by the members by yearly decides take all development decision/ activities and all these executed by Executive Director & CEO. Four full pledged standing committees worked under Governing Council they are executive, education, examination, public relation. An advisory committee advises the governing council to develop the institute rapidly and to run smoothly.
