Founded in April 2007, in Accra, Ghana, Integrated Legal Consultants (The Practice) has been established to offer dedicated and innovative corporate legal services while ensuring that the Ghanaian and West African business community and our network of international clients benefit from the highest quality of corporate and commercial legal services that The Practice provides.
The Practice is equipped with up-to-date computer technology to enhance our efficiency and further assist in the accounting and management controls necessary for the operations of a full-service law practice. In addition, The Practice takes advantage of the latest developments in information technology to facilitate full communication linkage with our clients worldwide.
Internationally, The Practice benefits from extensive support capabilities which are derived from correspondent relationships with leading law firms in Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, these complement our ability to provide efficient and cost-effective services to our clients on a coordinated basis.
The Practice’s Directors have over 35 years combined legal experience in corporate and commercial legal practice, having worked in some of the top law firms in Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Ghana. The Practice also has a number of consultants that complements the legal services offered.
Currently, the Practice has offices in Accra, Ghana and benefits from correspondent relationships with other firms across the continent including Nigeria, The Gambia, Sierra Leone Uganda and South Africa
