Michael Senn is Sri Lanka`s only member representing the World governing body of professional lighting designers from the Association of Lighting Designers | ALD - UK, The Professional Lighting Designers Association - PLDA - Germany, International Assocaition of Lighting Designers (IALD-USA) he also holds professional membership at the British Institute of Interior Designers - BIID- United Kingdom, and the International Interior Design Association - IIDA-USA. Michael`s experience spans for over 24 years across Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. During his 24 year career, Michael has been an Independent Lighting Architect, Designer and Lighting Consultant, having worked on the board of many organizations in the field of Architectural lighting, and several international Hotel & Resorts companies as an Architectural lighting Designer and Consultant for brands such as the Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, Movenpick, Sheraton, Carlton, Beach House Collection, Marriott, Intercon, Le Meridian, etc, etc , Michael Senn is just one of the few professional architectural lighting designers in the South Asian region at present. His expertise and experience as an international independent lighting consultant and designer has gained him much recognition amongst many reputed Architects and Interior designers across the World.
