Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) is linked to the company purposes and activities. The company seeks to exercise its role as good citizen and to mitigate any adverse impact of its activities on the national economy, community or environment at large. The company (represented by the board of directors) has to develop a CSR charter or code. The board shall task the executive management or an external consultant to provide a policy proposal for approval by the board.

The executive management developed an annual strategy, through which it will deliver the company’s CSR philosophy, policies, and community-based principles. The strategy outlined the allocated budget, available support and participation means, the values and principles which the company seeks to disseminate through the different CSR activities and the Community segments or social fields targeted by the company.
