Restaurant Talents near NDK is not just the latest new restaurant in town. Talents ambition is to be at the forefront of culinary innovation in Bulgaria. We serve as a springboard for culinary talent, where our students have a chance to shine daily. Talents is the first student-operated high-class restaurant in Eastern Europe.
Talents is not about a particular type of cuisine, such as Italian, or French. We call it “author kitchen”, where at Talents we do not have just 1 author, but more than 30! Our 30 talents make up the weekly rotating menu with the freshest ingredients.
With students from over 15 countries, whom have already traveled and trained in different countries, you can be sure to expect a menu with international influences. We are open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner and private events. Restaurant Talents is operated by the HRC Culinary Academy, Bulgaria’s premier culinary institute.
