I have taken The Current's offer of help in finding an apartment near my university campus, and am astounded by how polite they were despite being busy--the only downside was waiting around long enough for one person to show up! I've had some experience with Real Estate companies before, but this has been about the most positive interaction I could hope for when it comes down to actually working out contracts or signing documents because these guys seem really genuine at heart; not just there trying make money off of us homebuyers who don't know.
