Originally established as a four-way partnership between friends with diverse specializations, Vets In Practice Animal Hospital opened in Mandaluyong in 2003, in response to a growing need for professional and compassionate pet healthcare from discerning and well-informed pet owners, during a time when there was an increasing awareness about animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.
The success of our flagship location prompted the opening of Animal Care Specialists Veterinary Clinic two years later in 2005, in the newly-opened Pet Village of Frontera Verde’s Tiendesitas Complex, and the opening of Carveldon Veterinary Center in 2008 at the newly-renovated Cartimar Shopping Center.
These two branches allowed us to reach out to a broader, more commercial pet care market that we had not yet tapped before, and which was currently experiencing a major boom at the time.
In late 2009, Vets In Practice Animal Hospital moved to a bigger, more spacious location down the road from our original site in Mandaluyong, where six months later in 2010 we would also open VIP Pet Hotel and Wellness Center, to cater to an emerging requirement for not just pet day care and boarding, but also for alternative and holistic medicine, pet therapy and rehabilitation. That same year, to meet the needs of our Southern Metro Manila-based clientele, Vets In Practice opened its Alabang branch at Madrigal Business Park. Then in 2013, to reach out to our clients from the north of the metropolis, the company opened Vets In Practice Animal Hospital Quezon City, along Katipunan Road in St. Ignatius.
And on August 8, 2017 we open our sixth branch, Vets In Practice The Fort, at the McKinley West township in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. Our newest and biggest full-service animal hospital to date, it will feature state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and an in-house laboratory, and will offer a wide selection of routine and advanced surgical procedures, as well as boarding and grooming services, all in well-appointed facilities that create a warm, inviting and comfortable environment for clients and their pets.
