About us

 

Our Company

           Youngbros. Parts Centre started in 1985 as a single proprietorship, primarily located at 33 Banawe Street, Quezon City.  It had only around five employees at that time, selling Nissan parts to various walk-in customers and purchasing from local suppliers and importers.

 

Due to the promising business foresight and limited competitors then, we were able to attract a wider group of regular customers, thus the start of some delivery services to nearby places.  With the company’s growth, additional employees were hired to augment the wide range of clients which includes corporate motor pools, insurance companies, motor shops and even other auto parts retailer throughout  Metro Manila and to other parts of the country.

 

In 1991, the first branch was opened located at 37-F Banawe Street, Quezon City.  Sales rose, increasing the demand for more deliveries to selected areas.

 

Year 1993 commences Youngbros Parts Centre, Inc. as a corporation in its new address – 64 Banawe Street, Quezon City.  The company geared to focused more to each customer’s individual satisfaction – a speedy delivery service , providing the lowest price possible without sacrificing good quality.

 

Product lines include a wide variety of Genuine, Replacement (Japan, TW and Local OEM), and Used (Japan Surplus) Nissan parts and engines.  We also entertain requirements for lubricants (motor oil, oil additives and the like), brake fluids, and coolants.  Other special arrangements can be made like with tires and  car batteries.

 

Quality Control

 

The quality of spare parts depends on the brand and make of said merchandise.  From the wide variety you can choose from, we will gladly assist you for all your requirements.

 

We have four (4) motorcycles to deliver lightweight parts and two delivery vehicles for bulky and large quantities ordered.  For provincial clients, we use air and sea cargo carriers depending on our customers’ request.  Freight is usually shouldered by our clients.  We supervise the packaging to ensure our customers that they receive the merchandise in good condition.  We accept valid returns and complaints whenever such conditions arises and top management will look into the matter personally in an objective manner.

Customer Service

 

             We usually assign our competent employees to our wholesale customers to prepare and complete all order requirements.  We double check all orders before delivery. Complaints may be forwarded directly to the management or to the salesperson concern.

 

            Office hours starts at 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Mondays to Saturdays.  Half day only on Sundays.  Delivery services can be made anytime within office hours.
