REFUND
CONDITIONS:
- Registration is
unsuccessful
- No. of services
are interrupted
- Service has a
security vulnerability
- Service
unsubscription can be claimed by 24 hours
- Service was
promised but not provided
Reasons why a refund may not be given
- If the service matches its
description and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation for
the provider to offer a refund. Some example situations might include, but
are not limited to:
- You changed
your mind and don't want it after you've subscribed it.
- The service
didn't meet your expectations.
- You bought a
service by mistake.
- You don't have
sufficient expertise to use the service.
What happens after a refund?
GBIBP.COM automatically removes the files
associated with the service, as well as any dependencies (e.g., content pages
created, cloned templates and modules) created from the service.
7 DAYS REFUND
A refund to member policy is when Member will either approve or
reject a Refund Request based on a robust refund reason and additional feedback
given by member when initiating a Refund Request.
As part of this process, GBIBP.COM or the member may initiate
a chat (+60 11 5117 7141) for discussion – you may dispute this decision
if you do not agree with this decision.
Refunds from cancelled services - Refund is automatically triggered once
cancelation is successfully processed.
